Shipping & returns

Everything you need to know about how our pieces arrive and how to return them if you change your mind.

Shipping

• We ship with a tracked courier. Within Italy, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days from order processing.
• The shipping cost, where applicable, is calculated and shown at checkout.
• Once shipped, we will email you the tracking code.

International orders and customs

Shipments outside Italy may incur customs duties and taxes, charged to the recipient and not included in the price. Delivery times may vary depending on the country and customs checks.

Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason and without needing to contact support: use the withdrawal button below.

The process has two steps — you fill in the declaration and then confirm it. Right after submitting, you receive an acknowledgement of receipt with the date and time, to keep. Products must then be returned intact, unused and with the original tags, in their original packaging. The return shipping costs are charged to the customer, except in the case of a defective or incorrect item (see below).

Refunds

Once you exercise the right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days of being informed of your decision, using the same payment method used for the purchase. We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods or proof that they have been shipped, whichever occurs first. Any additional delivery costs (if you chose a faster shipping option than standard) are not refundable.

One-of-a-kind pieces and sold-out products

One-of-a-kind pieces (“1 of 1”) and products marked as sold out cannot be replaced once sold. The legal right of withdrawal still applies under the conditions described above.

Defective or incorrect items

If you receive a defective item or one different from what you ordered, email us within a few days at info@sametics.com with a photo: we will take care of the replacement or refund, including return shipping costs. The 24-month legal warranty of conformity still applies.
