Terms & conditions

These terms and conditions of sale (the “Terms”) govern the purchase of products on the sametics.com website (the “Site”). By placing an order you fully accept the Terms, which we invite you to read before every purchase.

1. Seller

The Site and the sale of products are operated by Sametics S.r.l.s. (Sametics S.r.l. Semplificata), with registered office at Via Balduino 43, 95128 Catania (CT), Italy, VAT and tax ID 06217340873, REA CT-479335, PEC sametics@pec.it (the “Seller”, “we”). For support, email us at info@sametics.com.

2. Products and availability

Sametics products are made in limited runs. Some pieces are one-of-a-kind (“1 of 1”): once sold, they are marked as sold out and are no longer available. Images are real campaign shots; slight colour differences may depend on your screen settings.

3. Prices

All prices are expressed in euros (EUR) and include VAT. Shipping costs, where applicable, are calculated and shown at checkout before the order is confirmed. International orders may incur customs duties and taxes charged to the customer (see Shipping & returns).

4. Order and formation of the contract

An order placed through the Site constitutes a purchase offer. The contract is formed when we send you order confirmation by email. We reserve the right not to accept incomplete orders, orders suspected of fraud, or orders for products no longer available; in that case we will refund any amounts already charged.

5. Payments

Payments are handled through external providers in a secure environment. We accept, among others, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We never have access to your full card details, which are processed directly by the payment networks.

6. Shipping, withdrawal and returns

Shipping times and costs, the right of withdrawal and return procedures are described on the Shipping & returnspage, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

7. Legal warranty of conformity

Consumers benefit from the 24-month legal warranty of conformity provided by the Italian Consumer Code. In the event of a conformity defect, you are entitled to have the conformity of the goods restored or, under the conditions set by law, to a price reduction or termination of the contract. 8. Intellectual property

The “Sametics” brand, logo, graphics, garment designs and photographs shot on 35mm film are our property or licensed to us and may not be reproduced, copied or used without written authorisation.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the Site or the products. Nothing in these Terms limits the mandatory rights granted to consumers under applicable law.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. For consumers, the competent court is that of the place of residence or domicile. The European Commission also provides an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform, available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
