We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment takes place in a secure environment: we never have access to your full card details.

Email us as soon as possible at info@sametics.com with your order number: if it hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to change or cancel it.

Within Italy, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days with tracked courier. You'll find all the details in Shipping & returns.

Yes. Destinations outside Italy may incur customs duties and taxes charged to the recipient, not included in the price.

You have 14 days from receipt to withdraw. Use the withdrawal button: fill in the declaration and confirm it, with no need to contact us. Items must be returned intact and with their tags; return shipping costs are charged to the customer, except for a defective or incorrect item.

The 14-day right of withdrawal also applies to one-of-a-kind pieces. We cannot, however, offer a replacement: once sold, they are no longer available.

The fit is oversized. Every product page with sizes includes a size guide; if you're between two sizes, choose the smaller one for a less relaxed fit. Hats are one size.

Gentle washing at low temperatures and no tumble dryer: screen prints and handmade pieces last longer when treated with care. Always follow the garment's care label.

Sametics is designed in Milan. The 220gsm t-shirts are screen-printed and made in Italy; for some accessories the production origin is indicated on the relevant product page.

They are one-of-a-kind pieces, made in a single unit. Once sold, they remain in the archive as part of the collection, but never become available again.
